Spring 2023 Rome Show

Rome

The Rome Show will feature work by 56 architecture and landscape architecture students who studied in Italy with the College of Design’s flagship Rome Program in spring 2023. Work in the exhibition will include display boards, models, texts and drawings.

The show will run from Oct. 27–Nov. 15 in the College of Design atrium. An opening reception will be from 5–8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27. A closing roundtable discussion with students and special guests titled “Drawings Are Not Innocent Tools” will be from 5–6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15.

Studio instructors in Rome were Simona Capra, Lavinia A. Minciacchi and Consuelo Nunez Ciuffa. Tom Rankin and Pia Schneider taught Urban Design Explorations. Jayne Gadeyne, Aliece Marinelli, Antonella Marletto and Linda Nolan taught Art and Architecture in Italy/Topics in Italian Architecture.
