Art and visual culture professor emeritus Chris Martin will host a sale of furniture he has designed and produced, with a portion of proceeds going toward programming at the Octagon Center for the Arts in Ames. The sale will be from 4–7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7; 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 8; and 10 a.m.–noon Saturday, Dec. 9, at 1512 Florida Ave., Ames. Checks, cash and cards will be accepted.
