Check out student work created in the ARCH 403: Architectural Design course taught by Peter Goché, professor of practice of architecture, from noon–2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15, at Black Contemporary, located at 26107 530th Ave. in Ames.

The “Black Contemporary Imaginary” exhibition will explore the act of making and curating large-scale installations within the various dormant seed-drying chambers that are on-site. There will be five student installations that are constructed within a bin or silo out of plastic, wood, canvas, dowel rods and plant material. Each installation will accompanied by a 3-7 minute performance.
