Three College of Design students received awards in the APA-IA Student Poster Contest at the Iowa chapter of the American Planning Association’s annual conference in Council Bluffs. Zoey Mauck, a senior in community and regional planning and landscape architecture from Des Moines, won first place with her poster “Connecting Jefferson.” Community and regional planning seniors Charles Klutho, Bettendorf, and James Weatherly, Lebanon, New Hampshire, and won third place with their poster on “Planning for the Dead in Perry, IA: The Prairie Grass Golgotha.”
