Verena Paepcke-Hjeltness, assistant professor of industrial design and Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) education director, will emcee the Education Symposium (Track 2) of the global, 24-hour live-streamed International Design Conference (IDC 2020) Thursday–Friday, Sept. 17–18. The Education Symposium is scheduled from 3–7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17. Additionally, Paepcke-Hjeltness will award this year’s student merit awards and educator awards during the 2020 IDSA Awards Ceremony from 12:30–1:30 p.m. CDT Wednesday, Sept. 16.
