Ted Grevstad-Nordbrock, an Iowa State University assistant professor of community and regional planning, will give a presentation on “Preservation-Fueled Gentrification and Displacement” Friday, Oct. 13, at the Cultural and Historic Preservation Conference in Newport, R.I. The conference theme is “Gentrification and Preservation: A Reappraisal.”
