Sunghyun Kang, professor of graphic design, presented a paper on “A Study on Smart Phone Icons: Styles and Recongition” — co-authored with alumna Qing Guo (MFA 2016 Graphic Design) — at the International Association of Societies of Design Research Conference 2019 Sept. 2–5 in Manchester, England.
“A Comparison Study of the Smartphone Game Control,” an article by Kang and alumnus Sang-Duck Seo (MFA 2006 Graphic Design), associate professor of graphic design at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, was published in the Journal of Usability Studies, Volume 14, Issue 4, August 2019.
