Iowa State University faculty members Shelby Doyle, assistant professor and Daniel J. Huberty Faculty Fellow in Architecture, and Leslie Forehand, lecturer in architecture, have a book chapter forthcoming in Architecture and Feminisms: Ecologies, Economies, Technologies edited by Helene Frichot, Catharina Gabrielsson and Helen Hunting. This publication in the Routledge Critiques series resulted from a conference of the same name in Stockholm, Sweden, where they presented their work in November 2016.

The chapter, titled “Searching for Cyborgs,” is an essay about an annotated photo of the shelf where “Technology” (NA2543.T43) and “Women” (NA2543.W65) coexist, and speculates about a space between these ideas.
