Artist Ingrid Lilligren, professor of art and visual culture, and writer Debra Marquart, Distinguished Professor of English, will share their intersecting work and newest project in “Art in Conversation: Affinity, Inspiration, Collaboration,” a gallery talk from 7–8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, in the Community Gallery at the Octagon Center for the Arts in Ames.
