Emily Morgan, assistant professor of art and visual culture (art history), was invited to present “Imaging Animal Industry: Visualizing the American Meat Trade” Thursday, Dec. 5, at the Visual Studies Research Institute at the University of Southern California. Co-sponsored by USC and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the lecture was part of the VSRI lecture series “Selling the Story: Commercial Pictures and Visual Persuasion.”
