Andrea Wheeler, an Iowa State University assistant professor of architecture, has received an ISU Foreign Travel Grant to attend the Passive and Low Energy Architecture (PLEA) 2018 conference Dec. 10-12 in Hong Kong. Wheeler is a member of the conference review committee and has been actively involved in the evaluation of abstracts and full papers for the conference since 2011. She will present a paper on notions of comfort in sustainable architecture.
