Led by Nathalie Frankowski, Architecture, and Cruz Garcia, Architecture

In the Puerto Rican rain and dry forests, beaches, and bioluminescent lagoons, communities and collectives of activists and artists foster a model of Caribbean resistance against the so-called end of the world—a capitalist project of endless extraction and spoliation.

This studio will study and articulate these forms of resistance in design and artistic imaginaries that produce and foster planetary solidarities and ways of worldmaking.
