Daniel Renner, director of design excellence at El Dorado’s Kansas City office, will guest lecture at the 2025 Substance Design Forum at Iowa State University. The event will include a student award jury from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., followed by a public lecture at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 21.

Renner will also serve as a guest juror for the Substance Design Forum student competition.

Established in 2018, the Substance Design Forum is a lecture and a juried design studio competition for students in the final year of both the undergraduate and graduate architecture programs.
