Spring ’22 Rome Show Opening Reception

The work of 48 students majoring in architecture and landscape architecture who studied in Italy in spring 2022 with the College of Design Rome Program will be displayed in the Spring ’22 Rome Show Sept. 12–19 in the college’s Gallery 181. An opening reception will be from 5–8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 12.

The spring semester in Rome is based on three connected courses: Analytical Drawing, Theory, and Studio. The exhibition will focus primarily on the studio projects students developed, focused on the “urban restitching” of the San Lorenzo neighborhood in Rome. Visitors will see sketchbooks, presentation boards and physical models.

Studio instructors were Simone Capra, Consuelo Nunez Ciuffa and Lavinia Ann Minciacchi.
