Design Computation for Dynamic Building Facades

Applying dynamic facades is an effective method to improve building performance by controlling energy consumption, daylighting and glare. Two dynamic façade projects will be presented through their design, simulation, optimization and prototyping processes. The benefits and the limitations of the façades will also be discussed.
