Design Computation for Building Performance – Chengde Wu
February 25, 2022 @ 12:10 pm - 1:00 pm CST
Event Navigation
Applying dynamic facades is an effective method to improve building performance by controlling energy consumption, daylighting and glare. Chengde Wu, associate professor of architecture, will present two dynamic façade projects through their design, simulation, optimization and prototyping processes. The benefits and the limitations of the façades will also be discussed.
