“Ripples” (aka “Big Fish”), a 2-ton stainless steel sculpture designed by Reinaldo Correa Studio, will be celebrated in a public ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, during the Johnston Town Center’s grand opening event.
