Decolonizing Planning in Latin America
“Descolonizando La Planificacion en America Latina / Decolonizing Planning in Latin America” is a free, full-day virtual mini-conference with 14 scholars who will discuss how to advance thinking and action in Latin American planning, which is traditionally influenced by Western theories and methodologies. The panelists will present alternative approaches that emerge in Latin American contexts to debate questions related to planning policy, practice and education.
The conference will be broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeTjKL33hNQ) in Spanish, English and Portuguese and is open to the public.
