University Honors Committee Award for Excellence in Honors Teaching Awardee Andrea Wheeler, Iowa State University assistant professor of architecture, is the recipient of the 2017 University Honors Committee Award for Excellence in Honors Teaching. The recognition carries a monetary award of $500. Wheeler will be recognized at the Honors Poster Session and Convocation from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, in the Memorial Union Great Hall. The senior convocation, with refreshments, will follow in the Campanile Room.

Associate Professors John Cunnally and Michael Martin have earned the title of "senior faculty marshal" for their long service as faculty marshals at Iowa State University commencement ceremonies.
