“Incremental to Radical Ideas: Paradigm-Relatedness Metrics for Investigating Ideation Creativity and Diversity,” an article by Seda McKilligan, an Iowa State University associate professor of industrial design with colleagues from Rutgers University, Penn State University and University of Michigan, has been published by the International Journal of Design Creativity and Innovation.

The article focuses on developing and testing alternative approaches for operationalizing paradigm-relatedness in ideation: category-based and component-based paradigm relatedness as an indicator for creativity and diversity.
