Kim Moss, associate professor of art and visual culture and director of the biological and premedical illustration (BPMI) program, completed an installation for the Museum of the Rockies in Bozeman, Montana, on display since June as part of the Celebrate Yellowstone: 150 Years of the World’s First National Park exhibition. The “Wings That Make Waves” installation includes three super-sized Parnassius Clodius butterflies hanging from the ceiling.
A comprehensive visual story on Parnassius by Moss is included in the GNSI Visual SciComm Conference 2022 Juried Members’ Exhibition along with student work by Alison Abel, senior in BPMI.
