“The Mending Series” (harvested branches, fabricated copper, brass, steel, titanium, rubber, found objects, 41 x 20 x 3, 2007) by Joe Muench, an Iowa State University professor of art and visual culture, has been published in Metalsmith: Exhibition in Print, Vol. 37, No. 4, a publication of Metalsmith and the Society of North American Goldsmiths. The selection was guest curated by Stuart Kestenbaum, who chose the theme “Repair and Renewal: Making Things Whole Again.”
