Igor Khalandovskiy, assistant professor of practice in industrial design, is a Ukrainian-born artist who creates mixed-media works ranging from the symbolic and surreal to depictions of the natural world. His recent paintings are a response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the destruction in his hometown, Kharkiv.
