Diane Al Shihabi, associate professor of interior design and member of the Taliesin Preservation Inc. (TPI) board of trustees, has been selected to serve on the Joint TPI/Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation (FLWF) Preservation Committee to oversee preservation activities at Taliesin in Spring Green, Wisconsin, and at Taliesin West in Scottsdale, Arizona. The two organizations formed the joint committee in spring 2020. Al Shihabi, who formerly held contracts on state capitol and museum interior restorations and served on the Wisconsin Historic Preservation Review Board, contributes expertise in preservation of interiors, decorative arts and collections. The first joint meeting will be held on July 20.
