Knight will teach "Line + Grid + Repetition"—an intensive workshop investigating these three primary principles of design and how they are integral to both the graphic and fine arts—from noon to 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, in room 534 College of Design. Note: This has been rescheduled to Friday, March 11, due to illness.

Participants will engage in a discussion of these principles' versatility, utility and function in the history of pictorial language and will produce a set of ink drawings while learning how to generate a strong studio practice through their use. To register for the workshop, contact Kimberly Zarecor, Bachelor of Design program director, Preference will be given to current ISU Bachelor of Design students, but the workshop is open to all.
