Strategic facilities plan open house will collect input on campus space usage

Iowa State has launched a strategic facilities planning process to establish campus priorities for new construction, renewal and renovation in the coming years. As part of this effort, Facilities Planning and Management and the university’s project consultants, Ayers Saint Gross, are hosting an open house from 3–6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, in 198 Parks Library, to learn more about where students, faculty and staff spend their time on campus, including where we study/meet/eat, and even how we get to campus each day. Broad participation from across campus will result in a plan that effectively addresses the university’s facilities needs for the future.
