New course reserves system integrates Canvas

Beginning in spring 2020, the library is moving to a new course reserves system that integrates Canvas. Services will remain the same; the online location for listing materials will change. To provide a consistent experience and ensure course material is available only to students enrolled in the course (required for copyrighted items), all course reserves requests must now be submitted through Canvas, regardless of whether Canvas is used for other class materials. Requests may no longer be submitted via email. To request course reserves, follow these three steps: 1) create your Canvas course shell; 2) enable the Course Reserves module; 3) select the semester and request items for Course Reserves.
