Applications for fall 2019 I-Corps cohort open through Sept. 13
The National Science Foundation Innovation Corps program at Iowa State has been successful in fostering a stronger culture of innovation across the entire campus community. Since its inception in 2017, 141 graduate students, postdocs and faculty members have participated in 52 teams representing six colleges and 25 departments. The program has helped launch six new companies and raised more than $1.6 million in venture financing.
The application period for the fall 2019 I-Corps cohort is open through Friday, Sept. 13. This is a great way to learn how to take an idea from the lab or studio to a potential entrepreneurial/commercialization opportunity, and you do not need to file an invention disclosure or have a patent to participate in the program. View key program dates and submit your ISU I-Corps application.
