Research-focused WorkCyte/ISD forum scheduled April 16

Faculty and staff researchers are invited to attend a research-focused WorkCyte/Improved Service Delivery (ISD) forum from noon–2 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, in the Memorial Union Sun Room. This is an opportunity for principal investigators and research teams to learn more about how managing sponsored awards will be affected by the transition in campus systems (WorkCyte) and staff support (finance and HR) that will occur on July 1. You will be able to get information and answers to questions specific to your needs as a funded researcher.

The forum will begin with overview and Q&A panel; however, you may arrive at any time and need not attend the full two-hour session. There will be different stations with different functions so you can focus on the unique needs of your research programs. Staff who help manage sponsored awards are also invited to attend with the researchers you support. Register online for this free event at Learn@ISU. Questions may be submitted anytime to or through the WorkCyte website, which offers the option to remain anonymous. The ISD project uses these questions to identify issues and build out FAQs to support the campus during this transition.
