Learn about BNIM Regenerative Design Challenge at Friday Research Seminar

BNIM, an award-winning architecture and design firm with offices in Des Moines, Kansas City and San Diego, is sponsoring the BNIM Regenerative Design Challenge to support multidisciplinary research in the areas of sustainability and regenerative design. Funding of $10,000 over one year (2019) is available to faculty and/or staff within the College of Design, including tenured and tenure-track faculty, lecturers, senior lecturers and professional and scientific staff. A minimum of two co-principal investigators must be from two separate College of Design departments.

Kevin Nordmeyer, a principal with BNIM’s Des Moines office, will talk about this new funding opportunity in the brown-bag Friday Research Seminar from 12:10 to 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, in 130 Design. Cookies will be provided.

Proposals for the BNIM Regenerative Design Challenge will be due to the associate dean for research and outreach by Thursday, Nov. 1.
