P&S Council nominations due March 2
Nominations can be submitted through Friday, March 2, for the university Professional and Scientific Council’s 2018 election. Interested parties may nominate themselves or a colleague by following the instructions listed on the council’s website. The College of Design’s learning communities coordinator, Mindy Cooper, who also serves as an academic adviser for landscape architecture and community and regional planning, is running for a second term on the council, which is both a resource and an advocate for P&S employees. Members serve three-year terms, attend monthly council meetings and serve on a standing committee. Council service typically takes four to eight hours per month.
