Bridging the Divide seed funding proposals due March 15
“Bridging the Divide,” a new seed funding program at Iowa State, seeks proposals to form diverse teams of faculty from the design, arts, humanities and social science disciplines and from the science, engineering and data science disciplines. Teams should aim to establish a high-functioning, integrated collaboration to pursue innovative, ambitious, interdisciplinary research with strong potential to generate significant scholarly and creative activity. Awards will be available in two funding increments: one-year planning grants of up to $10,000 and research grants of up to $25,000 a year for two years. Support will come entirely from the ISU Presidential Interdisciplinary Research Fund. Submit proposals online by Thursday, March 15.
