Reminder: Complete your COIC disclosure form
Please remember to complete your annual COIC (Conflict of Interest and Commitment) disclosure for 2017. All faculty, P&S staff, contract staff and postdoctoral scholars are required to disclose whether or not you believe you have a conflict. You should also update the disclosure form throughout the year as necessary.
The COIC disclosure is accomplished through AccessPlus; click on the Employee tab and then the COIC Disclosure link on the left side bar, then Create/Update in the upper lefthand corner. Answer the screening question, which will send you to the appropriate form to fill out and submit.
