Complete your Conflicts of Interest and Commitment (COIC) Disclosure
Please remember to complete your annual COIC (Conflict of Interest and Commitment) disclosure for 2017. All faculty, P&S staff, contract staff and postdoctoral scholars are required to disclose whether or not you believe you have a conflict. You should also update the disclosure form throughout the year as necessary.
The COIC disclosure is accomplished through AccessPlus; click on the Employee tab and then the COIC Disclosure link on the left side bar, then Create/Update in the upper lefthand corner. Answer the screening question, which will send you to the appropriate form to fill out and submit. Please refer to the Jan. 11 email memo sent by Virgene Monthei if you have further questions.
