The Iowa State University Solar Decathlon Team's Interlock House finished in 12th place in the U.S. DOE's Solar Decathlon competition in Washington, D.C. The team tied for third in Market Viability, fourth in Communications, fifth in Engineering and sixth in Net Metering contests. The houses remained open for public tours through the weekend.
