Students will present their work in the Student Design Competition at the CHI (Computer Human Interaction) 2011 ACM (Association of Computing Machines) Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems in Vancouver, British Columbia, the premier conference on human-computer interaction.

practicum Outreach

A team of Graphic Design Practicum students (Krystal Kopp, Allie Shafer, Caitlin Stewart, Jiear Vang, Jenna Wilkin and Matt Yanda) traveled to Sioux City to work with the Boys and Girls Home and Family Services on decorations for its fall fundraiser, "Tailgating For Our Kids." The event hosted more than 300 fans and raised $84,000!
