The housing office is open from 9am to 4pm.
Make sure your plane arrives by 1pm at the latest so you can arrive at the housing office before 4pm to check in and pick up your apartment keys.

First night in housing: January 7

If you wish to arrive before January 7 or stay after April 29 you are responsible for your own accommodations.
