0008 - How to print to the EpsonColorWide printer from Windows

Windows: New Instructions for submitting jobs to the Epson WideFormat Printer:

*****Save your file as a PDF, using the High Quality Settings.

To transfer your file to the drop_box:

1. Double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
2. In the address bar, enter the address of the drop box:
\\epson4000\dropbox

3. If you are doing this from a lab machine, you will not have to enter your username and password. If you are on your laptop, you may have to enter your net-id and password.
4. Drag your file into the drop_box window to copy it to
the release station.
5. Go to room 426 to have the job printed, and to pay for the job with
your ISU card (CY-Cash).
