0005 - Printing to the Canon Color Printer from MacOS X

1. Go to FILE > Page Setup.
2. Select “Doc Color Printer” from the Format for: option list. Click OK.

3. Go to FILE > Print (use “Print with Preview” in Photoshop). In the Print dialog, make sure that the selected printer is the "Doc_Color_Printer".

4. You do not need to set the number of copies in the print dialog (we can set that). If you have a multi-page document, and do not need to print all of the pages, you will need to specify that in the print dialog (we cannot change that at our end).

5. After your job has disappeared from the print queue, it will show up at the print server. Go to room 426 to have the job printed, and to pay for the job with your ISU card.

Reminder: If you discover an error in your printed document (i.e., wrong size, elements not printing, fonts not printing correctly, wrong colors, wrong # of pages, etc.), you are still responsible for the cost of the print. Please double-check your document for errors before sending!
