Today's Article Postponed!!
[Digital Coffee Break]
March 31, 2000 - Today’s very exciting article on using a RAM disk (or when not to) will be postponed due to a very interesting trouble-shooting session with an unnamed professor's PowerBook G3 (it's a beautiful thing!). PowerPoint was crashing on some incredibly beautiful images of the universe.

It must have been the "Undocumented Crisis Detection Extension" again. You know, the one where you are so close to deadline and almost finished but everything you do crashes the application and the entire computer freezes just because it knows it would really cheese you off. You know - that one.

Well, a "Combined Office 98 Updater", additional-memory-allocated, and Virtual-Memory-turned-off later, and everything is back in business.

Good luck tonight at the astronomy seminar Steve!
