Assessments and evaluations of buildings regarding safety issues, universal design standards, compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, fire safety, code compliance, physical condition, and space usage; safety issues involving building and site design and construction, relating primarily to falls; standards of practice for building design and construction related to material failures; preservation, restoration, and/or rehabilitation of existing buildings; gerontology, housing for elderly people, and accessible housing design
