The portfolio specifications ask you to insert your 131 work in chronological order. You have a maximum of 12 pages, and 3 of these must be sketch pages, so you will likely have to edit your pieces. When selecting these pages, you should choose your best quality work that demonstrates a range of skills.

•    Can we / should we cut out the thumbnails and paste them on the page?

Yes, you may. Organize the thumbnails and sketches for 131 to demonstrate process.

•    Where can we find the chronological order of our 131 work?

If you do not remember the order in which you completed your projects, refer back to your 131 studio schedule.

•    I like the way that person did his/her layout for the conte studies (value scales & drawing). Why not add text to indicate what kind of scales they are?

The person who produced this example probably thought that would be self-evident to anyone reviewing the portfolios. The portfolio reviewers are generally familiar with the DsnS 102 and 131 courses.
