Ethical and Legal Issues in Recruiting

Employers may contact faculty for names of students or graduates who would be excellent candidates for job opportunities.  To avoid potential legal and ethical pitfalls of the recruiting process, read, "A Faculty Guide for Ethical and Legal Standard in Student Hiring", published by NACE (National Association of Colleges and Employers) who have granted permission to reprint this guide.
