Interpretations of Art History

Inclusiveness of artists and artforms are the hallmarks of a pluralistic, multicultural approach to art history. No one can be an expert in understanding all cultures, time periods and media. Nourishing an attitude of equity, a continued desire to explore varying historic interpretations and evaluating art in context are valuable teaching strategies.
