The Green Design Research Collaborative (GDRC) was founded by Department of Architecture faculty in 2006 as an interdisciplinary research group with the goal to develop and promote comprehensive sustainable design strategies for our environment. Members of the GDRC actively pursue short, middle and long-term research efforts that integrate sustainable practices into ISU's university curriculum and institutional culture.
